75-hour Ashtanga Immersion This training is for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners ready to immerse themselves in the depth, discipline and transformative potential of the Ashtanga tradition. Through sustained practice, study, mentorship and hands-on experience, you will move beyond simply knowing the sequence to cultivating the presence, discernment and skill to practise with greater depth and guide others with sensitivity and confidence. Grounded in tradition while honouring individual experience, this intensive offers a powerful opportunity to deepen your relationship with the practice, and discover how it can continue to evolve over a lifetime.
