Audrey

I first discovered yoga in 2009. I had left the safe routine of my rural Quebec home for university studies in the city. I was for the first time open to the world and eager for possibility, what I found would change my life. I had discovered Yoga.

I fell in love with the practice and quickly understood it extended beyond strength and flexibility, even more than shaping my body it shaped my mind and spirit.

I began a journey that has seen me travel the world with Yoga as my guide. I have accumulated more than 600 hours of teacher training and more hours of study and practice with teachers in India, Indonesia, Canada and Sweden.

I have completed a Master of Science in business researching the benefits of a regular Yoga practice on sustainable lifestyle. I have most recently dived into Indian philosophy realizing that there is always more to learn about Yoga. I am currently a PhD candidate at the University of Montreal studying contemplative practices such as yoga in organizational contexts. I am interested in understanding how practices such as meditation and yoga can benefit workers and industry.

I like to structure dynamic, inclusive and creative yoga classes, emphasizing the importance of breath as a vehicle for both peaceful meditation and vigorous asanas.
