Ashtanga is the genre of yoga that is closest to my heart.
If you are new to the series, or there are aspects of it you would like to explore, I can coach you through breathing and pranayama techniques, the 8 limbs that encompass the practice and the series postures.
Together we will pinpoint key areas to stretch or strengthen in order to find more ease or comfort in your practice. Often we will work with poses outside the primary or intermediate series, in order to foster a better mind body connection and to better understand the postures within it.
