A gathering… all are welcome to join our sacred chant circle, held in an intimate setting with Martine and Anastasia. Together, we reconnect to our roots and to the natural frequencies of our voices… in simplicity, carried by the sounds of various instruments. We begin with gentle breathing exercises to awaken and activate the voice… and close the circle with an enveloping meditation. $35 pre-registration $40 at the door Un rassemblement… tous et toutes sont les bienvenus à se joindre à notre cercle de chants sacrés, dans un espace intime avec Martine et Anastasia. Ensemble, nous nous reconnectons à nos racines et aux fréquences naturelles de nos voix… dans la simplicité, portées par les sons de différents instruments. Nous débutons avec des exercices de respiration pour éveiller et activer la voix… et nous clôturons le cercle avec une méditation enveloppante. Martine and Anastasia met during a plant medicine retreat, where each was invited to sing… and something immediately resonated. Martine, a Kundalini yoga teacher, and Anastasia, rooted in Ashtanga and Vinyasa, both share a lifelong connection to music. What began as spontaneous moments of singing evolved into weekly women’s chant circles, then into a shared home where music naturally became part of everyday life. From these simple, intimate gatherings, the Sacred Chant Circle was born. These circles are open to anyone who feels called to sing, listen, or simply be part of a space where voices, creativity, and playfulness can unfold freely.
