Lynn

Lynn Abi Aad has been teaching yoga for over six years and practicing for more than a decade. She completed her teacher training in Rishikesh, India, where she immersed herself in the classical roots of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. Her classes follow the traditional Ashtanga style, designed to challenge students physically and mentally while cultivating focus, breath awareness, and resilience. Lynn offers personalized variations to honor each student’s unique body and limitations, creating an empowering, accessible, and transformative experience for all.
