Karine-Michelle
Karine is passionate about the human organism, movement and the whole human experience. Her curiosity is a bottomless pit, and for her there is no subject that is uninteresting or off-limits.
She's been practicing, studying and teaching yoga since 2012 (Ashtanga, Hatha and Yin) and is also a public health researcher (aiming at figuring out how to help people better navigate their health). When she's not reading or writing, you'll find her upside down doing headstands, hands piled high climbing a wall, in an activity that requires a large volume of water or somewhere exploring new territory (both within herself or in the city or in nature).
For her, the ultimate contentment in exploring comes from the pleasure of sharing her discoveries with as many people as possible.
