Jamie

A Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University, a Reiki Master with Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition. Jamie grew up in Brantford Ontario Canada, where as a child he began his visionary artistic endeavours by exploring life, rhythm and tempo through various sports of swimming, cycling, running, triathlon and ironman. Over the years his body became the vehicle to explore the principles of yoga, sacred geometry, science and metaphysics; eventually gaining a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University. The hidden world of occult knowledge, esoteric philosophy and the mysterious parables of life are of profound personal interest and are the gateway to his 'self' exploration. Currently his yoga teaching draws wisdom from both the Ashtanga and Iyengar systems of asana.
