GENERAL HEALTH GUIDELINES

NEW UPDATE COVID-19  - TEMPORARY MESURE

Please do not come to the studio if you are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms : Fever (100.4F/38C or higher), felt feverish or had chills. New or worsening persistent (frequent or continuing) cough. New or worsening difficulty breathing, or if you have been in contact with someone who has those symptoms or a fever. If you are in quarantine or in isolation, we ask that you wait until the isolation period is over before returning to the studio.

A NEW BOOKING APP

You can now book in advance, please go create your account, it takes 2 minutes! Because of these space restrictions, we ask that you register online for classes. Our registration app is available for free download from your phone. Please use it to register and pay for your classes. Drop-ins are still welcome but will be subject to availability.

SMALLER CLASSES/DISTANCING/MASK

We have an amazing space and thankfully it is large enough to distance our mats responsibly. To allow 2 meters between mats we are limiting the double room to a maximum of 27 students and the other studio to a maximum of 14 students. Use the markings on the floor to place your mat. We strongly encourage you to wear a mask when you come in to and leave class as well as in the common areas of the studio and building. We do not expect you to wear a mask to practice.

CLEANING AREA

Both studios will be deep-cleaned and disinfected after every class. All high-traffic surfaces will be disinfected in between classes.

CANCELLATIONS

We ask that you cancel at least 12 hours in advance to allow people waiting for a space to book. You can cancel 12 hours ahead of class without penalty. Late cancellations will entail the loss of one class on a class card or a $10 charge for unlimited class-card holders.

MAT RENTALS

We strongly encourage you to bring your own mat. Mats will be available for rental and will be disinfected after each use and put aside for 24 hours. Beyond that, we cannot guarantee that this is a safe practice and AYM is not responsible for any contact contamination.

PERSONAL MATS

You can leave your mat at the studio as usual but remember that we are not responsible for loss or damage.

PROPS

We highly encourage you to bring your own props. Blocks will be available and soft props will be used for specific classes only. They will all be properly disinfected after each use and use them in rotation, but for two classes in a row.

PHYSICAL ASSISTS

There will be no physical assists for the time being.

COMING AND GOING REMINDER

We strongly encourage you to wear a mask when you come in to and leave class as well as in the common areas of the studio and building. We do not expect you to wear a mask to practice. Sanitize your hands when you enter the studio. As much as possible, arrive with your yoga clothes on for the class and use the changerooms minimally. They will be open but will be limited to one person at a time. Please bring only what you need to class. There is limited space for storing personal belongings. Plan to arrive earlier for the class (10-15min) to ensure you have enough time to get organized with the increased safety measures. Please do not linger after class, our lobby space is small.
