​2026/27 Starting September 2026 ONLINE and IN STUDIO This year we are excited to offer our training both online and in studio, a 200 hr YOGA ALLIANCE certified program. Such a great opportunity to follow us at your own pace, all classes will be recorded for a more flexible schedule and a library of videos available to revisit the teachings. A gift to deepen one's own practice, on the journey to teach as a 200 hour base, or a way to improve your teaching voice. Our focus is not one methodology but a study of different styles based on breath and anatomy. A journey to help you understand your own body's alignment, to be curious to question, and inspired to share.
