Service Description

This workshop will explore Movement Fundamentals: a series of simple but profound basic movement exercises designed to both stabilize and mobilize the body in a truly integrated way. Derived from the Gentry work in Pilates and movement work like Feldenkrais these exercises lay the foundation for well-executed movement. We will go through the 20 exercises and their variations then apply them to some everyday yoga poses. These are applicable to any movement practice, invaluable to movement educators and accessible to everyone.
