Ingrid has been practicing yoga since 1969. She, therefore, brings with her many years of experience. She first trained and assisted at Kripalu, where she also practiced body massage. During this time she met two of her most influential teachers, John Friend and Richard Freeman. She has completed numerous trainings with both of these teachers and continues to do so. She is also a long time Vipassana meditator. With her years of experience, insight and knowledge of the body she brings to her classes a keen sense of body awareness, alignment, and practical technique. What she most wants to share with her class is the ability to see our daily life (humanness) reflected to us on our yoga mats, and then to take our postures off the mat and use them to affect our daily life.
