Membership Policies

Memberships cannot be frozen unless the cardholder is injured or suffering from a long-term illness and is advised by a physician that they must stop practicing yoga. In the case of injury or serious illness, the cardholder must inform the AYM office by email or phone message upon diagnosis.

3-month members are permitted two extensions to a maximum of 14 days in total (1-month members : one extension to a maximum of 7 days) for business or personal travel. In the case a cardholder is traveling, s/he must inform the AYM office of his/her absence before leaving the city. Unfortunately, 3 month introductory memberships cannot be extended for travel.

Class Card Policies

Five and ten class cards cannot be frozen unless the cardholder is injured or suffering from a long-term illness and is advised by a physician that they must stop practicing yoga. In the case of injury or serious illness, the cardholder must inform the AYM office by email or phone message upon diagnosis.

Five and ten class cards cannot be extended for travel under any circumstances. Five class cards will last for 8 weeks and ten class cards will last for 14 weeks.

Memberships and class cards are automatically extended to reflect the days that the studio is closed.

Memberships and class cards cannot be refunded.
