Workshops in August and September!
Tuesday Night Meditation Sit with Allison Ulan
Every Tuesday night from 7:35 to 8:45 pm* Autumn meditation will resume on September 7th.
Join Allison on Tuesday evenings for Vipassana meditation sessions in the Theravada tradition. This meditation form is a perfect compliment to asana yoga practice because it introduces students to the inner limbs of Yoga (sensory gathering, concentration, contemplation, insight work and samadhi.) These meditation techniques reduce stress and focus the mind in the present moment for optimal living.
